Montreal: Restaurant Sinclair (Saint-Sulpice Hotel)

Appetizer: Asian Tuna Tartare. Holy Tuna. So as you may know we are super picky when it comes to good tartare and this one was exquisite. Also, the thin slice of toasted bagel (never had that!) truly added a pinch of Montreal to the dish.
