So, Montréal à Table was a deliciously filled week of culinary discoveries and flavour packed calories. Man….eating in amazing restaurants four times a week is tough! HAHAHAHAHA It’s actually my dream come true.
I discovered four new restaurants during Montreal’s restaurant week. Some I had heard of and some I didn’t even know existed. I can honestly say that I truly enjoyed three out of four meals and would go to any of those restaurants again. However one of these restaurants really stood out to me and I can’t wait to go back to discover the rest of their menu. You want to know which one it is…don’t you! Bar Tapas Taza Flores. Delicious food, adorable atmosphere and great service.
I started with the ceviche, followed by the octopus and ended with the trout tartare. All truly delicious and so flavorful. But folks….the ceviche (with coconut milk, lime and ginger)… was OUT OF THIS WORLD! WOW! A match made in heaven. Adding coconut milk was truly genius and really made this dish.
