Montreal: Restaurant Sinclair (Saint-Sulpice Hotel)

Main: ‘Fish of the Day’: Scallop Duo. On the green coulis (can’t recall what it was made of) was a scallop ceviche that simply melts in the mouth and the one on the pink coulis (strawberry!) was pan seared. So many delicious flavors!
